Free From Training

Having been in the catering industry for over 15 years, studied catering, trained as an adult education and learning provider and has several food sensitivities herself, Heavenly Free From Founder, Shari-Leone Fryer, is perfectly positioned to help others understand how to cater for food sensitivities in depth.

From baking, to raw items; meal planning to exploring alternatives, Shari aims to explore lots of possibilities with an entirely interactive session.

Trade:

Minimum of 2 students, maxium of 8 per session.

Half day or full day.

Course structure to be divided in to different categories, delivered in different sessions:

  • General Food Sensitivity Overview and Navigating Alternatives. (Half Day)
  • General Food Sensitivity Overview, Navigating Alternatives and Free From Meal Planning (Full Day)
  • General Food Sensitivity Overview, Navigating Alternatives and Free From Baking (Full Day)
  • General Food Sensitivity Overview, Navigating Alternatives and Raw Food Creations (Full Day)

Cookery Demo’s:

Every so often we hold cookery demo’s demonstrating how easy Free From Cooking can be, once you know how to utilise the alternatives correctly.
